All participants will be responsible for the following trip costs:

1. Registration Fee

**These fees include regional airfare (commercial flight from Istanbul to Warsaw); tours, meals, transportation, guides, tips, and dedicated security.**

2. Airfare - departing from and returning to your home city

• From home city to Istanbul, Türkiye 
• From Warsaw (or Krakow if attending post-trip),  Poland to home city

3. Accommodations - Room and incidental expenses incurred during the trip will be charged to your credit card upon check-out from each hotel.

Rates noted below do not include applicable government and destination taxes.

Hotel in Istanbul:

• Çırağan Bosphorus View Room: €475.00/single or double per night

Hotel in Warsaw:

• Deluxe Room:  PLN 1,780.00/single or double per night

Fees and hotel accommodation charges are non-refundable after August 28, 2026. Any changes or cancellations to hotel reservations after the deadline may incur fees.

Please note that hotel rates may change after August 28, 2026 so registration before the deadline is highly recommended.
