Below you will find some general information on the hotels we will be staying at in Istanbul and Warsaw.

To ensure your reservation is properly managed, please refrain from contacting the hotels directly; all accommodation arrangements will be handled on your behalf.

Extending your stay:

If you wish to extend your stay at our arranged hotels either before the scheduled meeting days in Istanbul or Warsaw, you may select those "shoulder" dates in your registration form. The registration team will communicate with the hotels to determine if rooms are available, and then your hotel request will either be confirmed or denied through the registration system. You will receive an email notification of this status. Please do not contact the hotels directly to secure extended room nights.

Upgrading your room:

If you prefer room accommodations or upgrades other than the negotiated room types, please contact the registration team to determine availability and pricing.

All room rates include wi-fi.

Fees and hotel accommodation charges are non-refundable after August 28, 2026. Any changes or cancellations to hotel reservations after the deadline may incur fees.

Please note that hotel rates may change after August 28, 2026 so registration before the deadline is highly recommended.
